In this post i have to thank Jaben so much.

So today i was going to pull the trigger on a shure se535 (for all of you who don't know what it is google it!). I happened to see this ad by jaben's competitor(all you audiophiles should know). they offered a amp which is more expensive than the one jaben is offering. So i thought it would be a good deal and hence i went down to their shop in orchard road happily thinking i would get a better deal.

As i tested out the earphone and the amp i found it to be abit lacking compared to the one jaben was offering but i thought it would be ok since the amp is supposedly better compared to the one jaben is offering. So i happily told them i wanted to get it until they said i had to buy a wire which cost a wooping $200. I was like what the hell why didn't you guys say earlier. So i told them i needed to consider and left the shop.

Immediately i went to jaben to get the earphones. I did not expect anything more than the amp and the earphone but i was wrong.

As i purchased the amp and the earphone, the sales assistant offered me a free wire. this was a pleasant surprise. What's more they offered me a 10 dollar discount on a westone deluxe monitor case. I also got a pair of free comply tips. As i was paying, they asked my mum and sister if they had earphones, they both said now and the awesome sales assistant said he had just the right solution. He gave them each a pair of hippo epic-sparkles which sounded awesome absolutely free. lastly he gave us a bottle of bacon salt too.

I have to say that i am totally satisfied as a customer there and would definitely return to purchase any of my other audiophile needs. The sales assistant is brilliant and has a wide range of knowledge regarding earphones. He is also very patient and polite. Jaben has really good customer satisfaction and i can't praise them enough.
